Information for current “Instant Ticket” only Lottery Retail Agents

If a current instant only Lottery Retail Agent wants to add the on-line ticket sales to their existing license, and the licensee meets the other requirements listed above, the following additional criteria will then be considered:

• Instant Ticket Sales Volume. An applicant’s level of instant ticket sales must be similar to the level of instant ticket sales in other locations in the same market area.
• Variety of Instant Ticket Games Sold. An applicant must sell a minimum of 16 instant ticket games.
• Promotional Point of Sales Materials. An applicant must show evidence of continuous use and proper display of promotional point of sale material.
